Rhos-on-Sea Cycling Club Social Rides
The Club organises a regular series of social and training rides throughout the year.
Saturday Social Rides
These are gentle paced rides to Betws-y-Coed and back. Meet at either Black Cat Roundabout (Junction A55 and A470) @ 0900 and/or Tal-y-Cafn Crossroads (Junction A470 & B5279) @ 0930hrs.
The Route is from Tal-y-Cafn, over the River Conwy and up to T’yn-y-Groes, then on through Tal-y-Bont, Dolgarrog, Trefriw, turn right at Gwydir Castle and on to Betws-y-Coed. Return on same route to Caer Rhun then turn left to Rowen, Henrhyd, Gyffin, Conwy, Llandudno Junction, and home.
Remember to take some tea and cake money!
Sunday Rides
These rides are generally ridden at a higher pace than the Saturday Social rides.
The Sunday Rides schedule offers choice! One ride has more emphasis on hill-work than the other.
